South Australia Australia says coronavirus lockdown is slowed down due to human ‘lies’

SYDNEY – South Australia’s six-day coronavirus lockdown was started due to a contact lie from a person who tested positive, and sanctions in the state will be lifted sooner than planned first, officials said on Friday.

Just two days after the announcement of the shock announcement, the state government ordered people to stay home and shut down many businesses, which are believed to be highly contagious outbreaks of the coronavirus.

South Australian Premier Steven Marshall told a media conference in Adelaide that a man at a pizza bar that broke out told contact tracers that he had only bought one pizza there, when he had worked several shifts at a food outlet with another worker actually testing it. Positive.

Officials assumed the man, whose name was not released, caught the virus in very short contact, which led them to believe the strain must be highly contagious.

“His [the man’s] The story is not added. We chased them. “Now we know they lied,” Marshall told reporters. “If this guy had been truthful about contact tracing teams, we wouldn’t have gone to the six-day lockdown.”

“It is an absolute understatement to say that I smoke about the actions of this person. These selfish actions of this person have put our entire state in a very difficult situation.”

While the outbreak situation was worrisome, Marshall said restrictions would be lifted as soon as possible with a stay-at-home order at midnight on Saturday while most businesses would also be allowed to open.

Asked what punishment the person could face, Police Commissioner Grant Stevens said there is “no penalty” for lying to tracers under current law, although it is likely to be reviewed.

“I think he makes it clear that this person’s actions have had a devastating effect on our community,” Stevens said. “The troubles are not lost on us.”

Stevens said a team reviewing the information provided by the man to the contractor was not satisfied with “how they felt about it.” Stevens will not be drawn to the man’s potential motivation for misleading contact tracers.

Home to about 1.8 million people, South Australia has reported 25 cases from recent clusters in Australia, linked to travelers returning from the UK, with the number of new cases in the state expected to rise further in the next few days.

Currently there are almost as many active cases in the country, in which the whole country has been relatively successful due to the presence of the virus.

The state of Victoria reported zero cases on its 21st day on Friday, a well-received award for the marathon lockdown in Melbourne, the country’s second-largest city.
