Arie Luyendyk Jr. gifted his wife Lauren Burnham with a beautiful new bling to symbolize their love in the dark days.
The Bachelor couple went to Instagram this week to show off a stunning diamond ring that Arie presented to Lauren to add to her stunning engagement and wedding band.
In a pair of photos, 28-year-old Lauren showed jeweler Jean Dousset’s platinum eternity band and revealed the special meaning behind it.

“This band of eternity symbolizes that we will always have each other in our darkest moments,” he explained in a post, adding: “If you’ve been here for the past few months, you’ll know we recently had a period like that. ‘
I think it’s safe to say that she becomes husband of the year. 😉 ‘Burnham said of her husband of 38 years.

Burnham shared a couple of clips from his Instagram stories to show off the diamonds.
‘The sweetest surprise of @ariejr’, he wrote as he opened the elegant black ring box.
“I’m impressed,” captioned another clip.
In May, the couple revealed that they suffered a miscarriage, a year after receiving their daughter Alessi.
“This eternity gang symbolizes that we will always have each other in our darkest moments,” Lauren explained in an Instagram post.

In a YouTube video, Lauren explained that after learning that she was expecting her second child, an appointment with the doctor raised concerns about the embryo, which was estimated to be “eight weeks,” but seemed only about five weeks.
‘Our doctor assured us that it could be a number of things and not panic about it. It could mean that I am not as far away as I thought, it could mean that I ovulated less, or it could mean that it is not a viable pregnancy. ”
Lauren’s hormone levels were monitored and, although they improved, she did not appear very positive.

Difficult year: The couple suffered a miscarriage in May. They are represented here with their daughter Alessi, 14 months old.
“I was hoping to see an eight-week-old baby,” he shared after another appointment.
“We are now measuring at exactly six weeks, which means that we have progressed in five days over the span of 14 days.”
On May 28, the day before Alessi’s first birthday, the couple learned that they had suffered a miscarriage.
A missed miscarriage is when the embryo dies without your knowledge, and you don’t deliver.
“I was really excited to tell them that we were pregnant, and I feel like this is the best way for us to tell the whole story,” added Lauren, and Arie added that they wanted to share the whole experience to let others have the similar things experienced know that ‘they are not alone’.
Hopefully the next time you see a video with the word pregnancy it is positive and it is good news. We will get through it, ” added The Bachelor alum.
