Sen. Tom Carper, D-Del., Launched a trio of explosives at a high-profile First Chamber hearing Friday before the question of Postmaster General Louis DeJoy about slowdowns of mail delivery.
It was a virtual hearing before the Senate First Committee on Security, and when it was Carper’s turn to speak, the 73-year-old Democrat was caught unawares on camera shouting “F * ck. F * ck. F * ck “in the direction of an employee in apparent frustration over his video feed.
The helper in his office is then looked to the side of Carper to help him with his computer.

Carper was apparently unaware that his expletives were being streamed to the Senate.
Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., Tried to go to Senator James Lankford because Carper was dealing with his technical difficulties.
“I think sen. Carper is there, I think he’s in the queue right now,” said Lankford, R-Okla.

Johnson, the commission chairman, seemed to acknowledge the outburst before making sure Carper was indeed ready to question DeJoy.
“We do not want to be on TV again,” Johnson said.
Carper’s office began fighting the eruption to now experience daily Americans with remote work due to the coronavirus pandemic.
“Like most Americans in 2020, Senator Carper got frustrated this morning with technical difficulties, but that subsides compared to his frustration with a Postmaster General who has actively undermined the U.S. Postal Service in a national crisis,” he said. a spokesman for Carper told Fox News.
