Moktesuma claims that he, Suzette and Abraham discussed the creation of a series based on Selena’s early life in 1998. This was a follow-up to the biopic acting Jennifer Lopez. However, his plans never came to fruition.
Since then, Quintinilla has created another show titled with Netflix Selena: The Series, Which has been completed and is set for release on December 4th.
While creating the Netflix series, Moktesuma accused Abraham of breaking his contract. Moreover, he has accused Netflix of violating his rights to Selena’s life stories.
