See it: Redskins quarterback Dwayne Haskins and Antonio Brown train in the dark

Yes, Redskins quarterback Dwayne Haskins has worked a million times with stardom Antonio Brown, but working in the dark? Now that is the next level.

On Friday night, Brown’s fitness page (@ 84_7_fitness) posted clips of a nighttime road session with Haskins and a handful of other athletes.

The field was lit with headlights of cars surrounding the lawn, a typical practice in parks across the country after dark.

The training videos appeared at a time when players are “discouraged from any voluntary joint practice before training camp begins,” the NFLPA said in a statement last week.

Haskins has worked with the cream of the crop this offseason and hopes it will stick.

“Even with AB, Diggs, Chad, many other NFL players, DeVante Parker, I work with many receivers, they like to run routes with me,” Haskins said. “The most important thing with those guys is just, trying to be around the best, learn from the best, find ways to improve.”

While there may be more clips of AB and Simba training together, don’t count on that as a sign of what’s to come. When Redskins head coach Ron Rivera was asked about the possibility of adding AB to the team a few weeks ago, he did not deny the interest, but basically he did.

“If you bring in a veteran right now, you’re going to slow down the growth of someone young,” Rivera told the media. “We have some young guys at wide receiver who have shown potential in the last season and now in the offseason. We really haven’t had a chance to see them.”

At the end of the day, regardless of how things work for AB in DC or not, these two exercises together are still fun to watch.
