Season 4 Premier – Regular exit of the ‘Seal Team’ series in time

CBS’s military drama Seal team Returning for its fourth season tonight, and the show’s female lead at the premiere, Jessica Perry’s series marked a regular departure, much to her shock.

In the opener of the season, Perry’s Mandy Ellis decides to leave the unit after returning from the latest mission in Afghanistan.

“That’s not what I want to be,” he told Jason Hayes of David Borenaz. “If I don’t go away now, I will lose myself forever. And if I stop, you’ll talk to me. ”

In a statement, Seal team Executive producer / Shrener Spencer explains the reason behind Hudnut Perr’s surprise exit and how close he will be to the show.

“Our show strives to be as honest as possible with the experiences of our service members, and like in real life, the seal team units change and evolve, so that some of the characters in our show also move forward,” he said. “In the last 3 seasons, we have seen how the battle takes a toll not only physically, but mentally and emotionally. In this new fourth season, many of our characters will face a crossroads in their careers. For Mandy’s story arc, it was finally time for her to retire and leave this life’s service, but that doesn’t mean we won’t see her as a prospect later. On a personal level, we love Jessica and she has always been an integral part Seal team Family. And we’re excited to announce that she will actually be behind The Mera as the director for the next episode this season, and this will be her director’s initiative. ”

This is reminiscent of the shocking exit of the second lead of the CBS drama, Good wife ‘O Josh Charles, who also returned to direct the latter part of that season.

As for the regular exit of the unexpected series at the season premiere, CBSA released one of the most talked about farewells Blue Bloods‘Amy Carlson.
