Scott Disick Teases Betrayal, Khloe Confronts Tristan

The coronavirus is affecting the upcoming season of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” but, if this new preview is any indication, there’s still a lot of drama to come.

E! dropped a 45-second promo for Season 18 on Monday, returning with new episodes a month from today.

Scott Disick’s confidence concerns take center stage, as he says on camera that “could not have been a greater betrayal.” Talking to the rest of the family, he tells her, “She lied to me that I was there at the press … I do not trust anyone here.”

It turns out he was talking about his stay at a rehab facility earlier in Colorado this year to “work on his past traumas,” a facility he left immediately after a photo of him there was leaked to the press.

At the time, he said he believed a member of staff at the facility took the photo.

Later in the example, Khloe Kardashian is seen sitting with Tristan Thompson, asking him, “Why couldn’t you be that when we were together?”

The rest of the footage revolves around the pandemic, as Khloe is seen getting a COVID-19 test, while Kim Kardashian says she is worried about her sister, who is ill.

While the family travels to Paris Fashion Fashion for Pany for Kanye West’s Yeezy show, they also talk about the country possibly going into lockdown, as Kim exclaims, “We have to leave Kourtney.”
