Scheana Shay has revealed that she recently suffered a devastating miscarriage at six weeks pregnant, after believing that she could not become pregnant naturally.
The 35-year-old Vanderpump Rules star cried over his loss in the new installment of his Scheananigans podcast with Scheana Shay on Friday.
“A few weeks ago, we found out I was pregnant, and for those of you who have followed my fertility journey and frozen my eggs for the past year and a half, I didn’t think I could get pregnant alone.”
Scheana Shay has revealed that she recently had a miscarriage at 6 weeks pregnant.
“My doctors told me it would be almost impossible.” she added.
Scheana said she missed her period and felt sick one morning after drinking, so she didn’t initially guess she was pregnant. She later bought a pregnancy test and took it while FaceTiming with her boyfriend Brock Davies.
When she tested positive, the Sur server said she bought four more tests, and then her doctor confirmed it with a blood test.
Filled with joy at the prospect of becoming a mother, Scheana told her mother and sister and that she was also babysitting a friend’s son to practice her childcare skills.
He also planned to tell his father the news on Father’s Day last weekend by making a surfboard with stickers to surprise him with the news that he was going to be a grandfather.
“We were going crazy, but very excited because we didn’t know or believed this was possible,” he said.
However, things got worse during a trip to San Diego earlier this month when Scheana said she felt “bad” and started freaking out after bleeding all weekend.
In the Friday installment of her podcast, Scheana said that she and her boyfriend Brock Davies were very excited to find out that she was pregnant. “We were going crazy, but very excited because we didn’t know or believed this was possible,” he said.

The reality star said she tried to stay positive despite going to the doctor again and discovering that her progesterone levels had dropped significantly.
He was prescribed progesterone pills, but he still felt that something was wrong.
“My OB took me early, they did an ultrasound and there was no heartbeat,” he said, his voice cracking with excitement.
‘There was nothing progressing, nothing was happening inside. There were parts that I could see beginning to form, and they just weren’t. Obviously [that was] Simply devastating. We were very excited. It went so fast. It has still been a lot of processing.
‘Now I’m home and I’m just waiting to have a natural abortion … I’m literally sitting here waiting, feeling normal but still treating my body like I’m pregnant, which is a complete mind because I know there’s still something there, but still I haven’t passed it.
Scheana continued tearfully: “Even though he was only six and a half weeks old, that doesn’t make it any easier.” We still get so excited about something that is no longer happening. It has been really difficult to understand. ”

The news of Scheana’s miscarriage comes after her friend Stassi Schroeder, 32, confirmed her pregnancy over the weekend, revealing that she is expecting a girl with her fiancé Beau Clark.
She went on to say that she is ‘very happy’ for her former co-star, who was fired from the Vanderpump Rules amidst a storm of racism earlier this month, despite her own heartbreak.
Scheana has been open about her struggles for fertility and revealed in January 2019 that he had frozen some of his eggs after being told that his ovarian reserve was very low for his age.
On Instagram, he shared a photo of the hospital during the procedure and wrote in the caption: ‘Today is the day! Goodbye, eggs! For me personally, this has been a very easy, painless and incredible experience. They are all different, I am sure,

Scheana explained that her doctor had recommended the procedure “to have a better chance of having a healthy baby in the future,” adding: “You never know what will happen in life.”
The reality star followed up with a second round last summer.
After the egg retrieval process, the eggs are frozen, unfertilized, for future use. When Scheana is ready to have children, the eggs will thaw, combine with sperm, and implant in the uterus using in vitro fertilization (IVF).
In a recent interview with Maria Menounos, Scheana revealed her desire to have ‘at least two children’ with Brock, whom she has been dating for nine months.
Brock, a personal trainer from Australia, is already the father of two children from a previous relationship.
