Sanjay Dutt, Alia Bhatt, Pooja Bhatt, and Aditya Roy Kapur starred Sadak 2 trailer released today. The trailer for the Mahesh Bhatt movie was, as soon as it came out, subject to several trolls who reject the movie, especially amid the ongoing debate over nepotism in Bollywood following the tragic death of Sushant Singh Rajput at 14 June.
The movie, which will be released on Disney + Hotstar on August 28, as soon as its trailer is released on YouTube, has started garnering fans’ fans. Currently Sadak 2 trailer has 3.5 million + views, however, the non-likes on it are 1.9 million which is 19 lakh.
Speaking of the trailer, Sadak 2 is a sequel to the 1991 film Sadak. The trailer begins with the character of Sanjay Dutt talking to the photo frame of Pooja Bhatt who seems to be dying. He has revenge on her death and still owns a car service business (he was a driver in the first movie).
Runs in Alia Bhatt who is on his way to expose fake gurus at the burning of Makarand Deshpande’s big cut and together they embark on a journey where they pick up Aditya Roy Kapur, who has just been released from the prison.
Sadak 2 stars Jisshu Sengupta, Priyanka Bose, Mohan Kapur, Akshay Anand in pivotal roles. The film is directed by Mahesh Bhatt who returns to the direction after two decades and produced by Mukesh Bhatt.
The music for the film is composed by Jeet Gannguli, Ankit Tiwari, Samidh Mukherjee, Urvi, Suniljeet. Sadak 2 also reunited the team of Kalank including Sanjay, Alia, and Aditya after one year. While Pooja and Dutt will be seen together after almost three decades.
