We have yet to see Specialist Zero in action, but the end of the trailer promises that its full reveal will take place on Sunday, August 16, at 11 a.m. PT / 2pm ET / 7pm BST.
On Fisher’s official page on Rainbow Six Siege’s website, Lera “Fink” Melnikova pints a letter, setting the stage for Zero’s arrival;

Although we have not received a Splinter Cell game since Splinter Cell of 2013: Blacklist, Fisher has appeared in other games such as Ghost Recon Breakpoint.
Clearly, Ubisoft has not forgotten about Fisher, as it was recently revealed that an animated series Splinter Cell Netflix is in the works with Derek Kolstad, one of the makers of John Wick.
