When promoting Crows: A New Era In an interview with Special, Reynolds opened up about the final phone call with Trebec two months before his death.

“It was a conversation about the show he was coming to,” Reynolds explained. “I’ve been to this show so many times, he kept asking me to come back.”
After mentioning that he was “unable” to perform because he was scheduled, Reynolds shared the emotional impact of Trebeck’s death on him.
“When you talk to people that you’ve grown up watching and all of a sudden you talk to them on the phone, you start to reflect,” he explained.
