Russell Wilson says there is a possibility that you will not be allowed to enter the hospital room when Ciara She gives birth to the couple’s son later this summer … saying that COVID-19 could force him to sit down.
“That’s what we don’t know,” the NFL superstar told the presenter. Joel McHale in Jimmy Kimmel Live this week. “That is the craziest part.”
Ciara will give birth to her second child along with Russ’s in a few weeks … but Wilson says they haven’t given her permission to be in the room with her for the delivery yet.
It’s unclear where Ciara will deliver the baby … but they both have properties in Southern California, where coronavirus cases have continued to rise in recent weeks.
If Wilson isn’t allowed inside, he says it’s a problem for both of them … because he says that when Ciara gave birth to their first child together in 2017, she used him well in the room to get over it.
“I think she needs me in the hospital room,” Wilson told McHale. “The last time you grabbed my hand, you almost broke my hand!”
Wilson added that he is “hopeful” to get the green light to be in the room with the “Level Up” singer … but he seems to understand that the pandemic might not make that possible.
