A new rumor indicates that George Lucas will replace Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy, and launch a new era of Star Wars called Star Wars Verse.
The rumor comes from YouTuber Overlord Doomcock.

Doomcock presents this new rumor that it says: “As with all these rumors originating within Disney and / or Lucasfilm, I cannot independently confirm what I am about to tell you. So I urge you to consider all of the following as a rumor. And take it with a grain of salt.
Kathleen Kennedy Out
Then it gets into the flesh of the rumor.
Doomcock explains: “One of my agents asked one of our informants, ‘Are there any rumors that Kathleen Kennedy is leaving BS or is there something about that?'”

He continued: “The informant replied that ‘No, surely it is not BS.’
“My source then asked the blank question, ‘Did Kathleen Kennedy leave?’ And the informant replied, “Yes, Disney and Kathleen Kennedy have reached an agreement and Kathleen Kennedy will soon depart from Lucasfilm,” explained Doomcock.
Then he stated: “In fact, in practical terms, she is actually out.”

Doomcock then added: “My source asked for details on what the terms of this agreement are, but this informant ‘declined to give details.'”
Will Kennedy join Bad Robot?
Later in the video, Doomcock would discuss another rumor that preceded him saying, “You should take this with a truckload of salt sprinkled over salty water with greaves.”
He then detailed: “Another source has informed me that Kathleen Kennedy is in talks with Bad Robot to start destroying things for them.”
George Lucas to return?
Then he discussed another rumor, “The big news here is a rumor I received 10 days ago. Disney wants George Lucas to take over the reins from Kathleen Kennedy and save Star Wars. “
Doomcock explained: “Yes my friends, 10 days ago I received the following rumor from my source. Disney investors have been trying to get George Lucas back for a few months. Until a few weeks ago, Lucas changed the subject when asked if he would return, avoid the topic, or respond without compromising. “

He continued, “Well, about three weeks ago Lucas was asked point blank what it would take to get you on board to direct Lucasfilm.”
He added: “George Lucas allegedly said this: ‘If I were to return, I have four conditions that would have to be met. Condition 1. I can do my sequel trilogy. Condition 2. I have all the creative power until I decide to hand it over. Condition 3. Kathleen Kennedy is gone. Condition 4. Disney agrees never to mess with the original trilogy leaving it intact.
He then stated: “Lucas reportedly closed the communication with ‘None of this is negotiable.'”

He then concluded this section by saying: “My sources were told that the response to George’s ultimatum was: ‘So when do you start?'”
Lucasfilm’s future structure
Later, Doomcock would detail what the Lucasfilm structure would be like if Lucas returned.
He explained: “I am informed that the current proposal is that George Lucas would be the boss of Lucasfilm. Jon Favreau would be in charge of developing original content for Disney Plus. Whereas a third person, still without name, would be in charge of the production of films in Lucasfilm “.

However, Doomcock also threw a key at the earlier rumors when he detailed that a separate source told him that Lucas is happy with his life right now.
Doomcock explained, “A new source, a source that claims to know Lucas, and I’m not going to say anything about this source, tells me that Lucas is happy with his life right now.”
