Apparently, the player was struck by lightning while playing live on the broadcast. Streamer Karma’s neighbor’s house was struck by lightning during a thunderstorm and as a result, the shake appears to have traveled to her room and hit the controller. using to play the game. Karma was not on camera at the time of the attack, but can be heard reacting to it (Cfrequent warning: some viewers may find images disturbing).
UPDATE: Talking to the doctor, the hands are burned and the controller is broken.

You can hear Karma explaining the situation in a later clip of her sequence here, where she talks about how the lightning may have traveled to her house, causing the controller to spark and burn her hands.
The streamer sought medical attention after the event and, fortunately, has since told her fans on Twitter that she is fine. The streamer was launching a series of Rocket League when the attack occurred, and the controller it was holding is now broken as a result. We hope Karma recovers quickly.
