RNC TV ratings fall on third night

An estimated 17.3 million people voted on television Wednesday to watch the third night of the 2020 Republican National Convention, according to Nielsen, which is 19.4 million the night before.

Ratings for the third night of the RNC were below the third night of DNC, which attracted 22.8 million viewers last week, according to Nielsen.

The second night of the RNC, with First Lady Melania Trump and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo as speakers, ran the DNC’s second night of 19.2 million TV viewing.
