“How They Do It: ‘Rick and Morty'” Saw Series Co-Creator Dan Harmon, as much as Chris Parnell, Sarah Chalkeand Spencer grammer Give fans some ideas through Twitch about what we can expect from season five, and yes, that included a preview of what we can expect. In the preview, Rick is close to death, so it’s up to Morty to save the day and get back in time for a date with Jessica. Things don’t go as plan, as the expecting duo ends up facing Rick’s previously unknown nemesis … Mr. Nimbus.
During a conversation about the series, Harmon believes that both Beths are well without knowing it, but he is not buying it with Morty and Summer (although he said he had to “take it off” at the end of the season to conclude). Speaking of “Clone Beth,” Harmon also scoffed that there would be some “Clone Beth ‘fireworks of choice” in Season 6 (yes, you read that right), which he says “almost finished writing.” As for the fifth season, things are looking good as Harmon says they are “ending the finale.” But enjoy the promotional images here, and you can watch the trailer below:
While he had promising news about the fifth season to share, he appears to be the co-creator of the series. Justin Roiland he’s just as in the dark about how the next season will launch in terms of release as the rest of us: “I think it depends a lot on how fast the episodes happen. I know that the fifth season is mostly in the can. They “It’s still going to be reworking when the animatics come back, so that can extend the process. I think if they have the full ten episodes, they’ll release them without division, but I honestly have no idea. That’s a question that’s out of my jurisdiction. They do what they think is best for the show. “
Roiland is not just a fan of having a calendar split as we saw this season, but he loves the idea of messing around with release times and other new ways to stream episodes to fans. Even monthly: “I’ve been saying that we should release an episode every month, just make it a big event. I like the idea of thinking outside the box about how any show is delivered to the masses. If you do one a month, the show he’s alive all year and he’s still buying us all the time we need to make them as good as they should be. I’m not saying that’s going to happen, but I mentioned it in the past. That goes to the point that I have no idea what it is the plan for the fifth season. I’m sure it’s the right decision. “
