6:27 PM PT – The Louisville Police Department tells TMZ … that Kentucky AG asked the officers to remove the protesters because they were trespassing on their property.
We were told that protesters were given the opportunity to leave and were told that they would break the law by staying on the property, and they decided not to leave.
The Louisville Police Department says 87 people were arrested and charged “because of their refusal to leave the property and their attempts to influence the Attorney General’s decision with their actions.”

Porsha Williams was on the front line Tuesday of a Breonna Taylor protested in Louisville … and was handcuffed in the back of a police van.
The ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star was arrested during a mass rally outside the Kentucky Attorney General’s home Daniel Cameron, who has not yet filed criminal charges against the Louisville police officers involved in Breonna’s death.
As you can see … Porsha was dragged out of Cameron’s house, her wrists tied, as protesters chanted Breonna’s name. The Louisville Police Department tells us that Porsha was cited for criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, and intimidation of a participant in a legal proceeding.
Porsha was one of hundreds of people arrested at the protest, along with the ‘Love & Hip Hop’ star Yandy Smith and TV star and activist Tamika Mallory.
As you know … Kentucky’s AG has been under fire for posting photos of your engagement party instead of digging into the case. With no arrests or charges in the case … protests have continued in and around Louisville.
It has been more than 4 months since 3 Louisville police officers fulfilled an arrest warrant, in the wrong direction, yes, shooting and killing Breonna in her own home.
