Rhea Chakraborty and the continued criminal action of family and relatives caused the death of Sushant, claims father of actor before SC

Actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh, who accused Rhea Chakraborty, his son’s life partner of embezzlement and money laundering, claimed before the Supreme Court that it was “ongoing criminal acts” by her and her family that resulted in the death of his only son.

He also claimed that Mumbai police were trying to limit the investigation into the case from the very beginning until Rajput’s death on June 14.

Responding to Rhea’s plea for the transfer of probe from Patna to Mumbai, he said the issue had become academic after the case was referred to the CBI in the case of the Bihar government. He indicated that any case can only be transferred in the post-cognition stage and not during the investigation.

The Supreme Court, which had previously sought a response from Bihar’s government and complained to Singh about Rhea’s transfer petition, is likely to take up the case next week.

In his detailed reply, Singh said, “The plea by Rhea underwent the feelings of a father who lives in Patna and who has enough evidence and belief that it is thanks to her and her family through ongoing criminal actions for more than 1 year that caused the death of his only son. “

He also claimed that attempts were being made by the Maharashtra government to accuse his image, calling the matter a political issue, which was the worst case scenario.

“It marks the mindset and the attempt to shake up the whole case,” he said, adding that it was noteworthy that no case was registered by them and they did not allow the Patna police to investigate the current case by their ex- officer to career.

The deceased was an Indian actor, who worked in super-hit films such as Kai Po Che, MS Dhoni: Untold Story (2016), Kedarnath (2018) and many other films. He claimed that he had informed the Mumbai police on 19 and 25 February 2020 about his fear regarding the threat to his son’s life, however, no action was taken by the police.

He said the recording of witness statements by Mumbai police “was an eye-wash in the name of the investigation” because they did not file an FIR.

In connection with Rhea’s claim that he used his influence in Patna, Singh said, if so, she would now be arrested, who, he believes, is the suicide of his young son abbot.
