“Yellowstone” was great in the new episode “Meaner Than Evil.”
WARNING: THERE ARE SPOILERS WORKING IN. DO NOT stop reading if you do not stop. BE INTRODUCED.
I can not believe how great the episode Sunday night was! What an absolutely brutal episode from start to finish! (REVIEW: ‘Yellowstone‘Is Great In The New Episode’ I Killed A Man Today ‘)
We knew death was on the horizon, and we got it last night. Of course, there are two major takeaways. First and foremost, Walker is back!
Despite the fact that Rip wished Kayce had just killed him, heir Walker actually persuaded Walker to return to the ranch.
The only other option was death. When you get the choices between working on the Yellowstone or dying, it’s an easy decision. With that said, Walker is still a liability in Rip’s eyes and they need something to keep him going.
That leads us to death in the episode. Wade Morrow and his moron son finally got something coming to them after beating the hell out of Teeter and Colby.
In one of the coolest moments in the show’s history, Walker was used as bait and we were off to the races once Morrow went to him!
The son died quickly, as noted by Lloyd, but they hung Morrow on a tree! First, John had to get his property back, and Walker cut off Morrow’s brand.
I like to predict that Morrow was a former man with a brand, and that John came for him. I knew he was cutting that brand.
Now the whole bunkhouse is branded. They got their revenge, but they all paid a heavy price for it.
On a few other notes, Jamie eventually met his birth father and Beth was fired from her job by Willa after Roarke, who was behind Morrow’s actions, took control.
Well, we just have one episode left. If there’s anything we know about the Duttons, they treat those who do not cross them well.
That means Roarke’s time on this planet is likely to come to an abrupt end.
Make sure you vote next Sunday for the finale of season three! It will be great!
