Report: Carson Wentz wants to exit Philly if he backs up to Jillian Hurt in 2021

Adam Schaefter of ESPN said in a report on Sunday morning that Carson Wentz has no interest in supporting Jalen Hurt next year.

Schaefter, citing sources, said Wentz was “not happy with the way things have turned out this year” and did not want to be here if Jalen Hurtz remains a starter in 2021.

Doug Padres benches Wentz in the third quarter of the Packers game for the Hurtz, another colorful doubles pair. Hertz played well enough to earn his first NFL start and played well in an upset win over the Saints, who won nine straight games and secured the NFL’s No. 1 defense.

The Hurts are set to start again against the Cards in Arizona on Sunday. The Padres have not officially announced that Hurtz will start the last two games – against the Cowboys and Washington, but it is widely believed that Hurtz will make that start.

The Eagles are still in controversy for the NFCest pre-title and playoff berth for the fourth year.

Wentz signed a four-year, 128 million contract extension last summer that doesn’t even kick off until next year.

Although it was not easy for the Eagles to trade Wentz, it is not impossible. However, it is not clear how much value he has at the moment coming out of this terrible season and it is not known whether the Eagles will also want to trade Ventz after investing so much in him.

The Eagles need to decide on Wentz’s future by mid-March, when they will give him a bonus of 10 10 million.

This year Wentz has become the first Pro Bowl quarterback in 20 years to post a passenger rating below 73 in 25 years.

The Eagles were 3-8-1 in Wentz’s 12 starts, and he finished in the NFL in terms of completion percentage, passing rating, yard-to-yard and intersection ratio in the quarterbacks who started at least eight games. Ranked last in

It was a shocking drop for the quarterback who threw 81 touchdowns and 21 interceptions in the previous three seasons and was in the MVP race in 2017 before his season-ending knee injury.

It is possible that the Eagles could either return to Wentz as a starter in 2021 or have an open competition in training camp. It depends on who the head coach is, how well Hurtz plays these last three games and some other factors.

But in the Eagles’ front office fee, it can’t be seen in favor that Ventez is giving ultimatums in recent Eagles history after going through one of the worst aftermath.

The last time Wentz spoke to the media was after the loss of the Packers and he made no comment about meeting next year, although he said he still believes in himself.

He said, ‘I know I’m capable.’ “I know I can play better. I never doubted myself or lost faith in my ability to play. ”
