Rebel Wilson once again shows off her slimmed-down figure amid her ongoing ‘year of health’.
The ‘Pitch Perfect’ actress, 40, is on a journey to lose roughly 165 pounds before 2020 is ready. She documents her experience as she changes her diet and incorporates more exercise into her routine. Saturday, the actress shared a selfie of herself in a bright yellow sundress she wore to attend a friend’s wedding.

She also added a few extra photos of the big day on her Instagram Story. In it, she stares at the camera while showing off her dramatic weight loss journey so far.
Wilson has teamed up with fitness trainer Jono Castano, who recently provided some insight into how the actress achieves such milestone goals.
“And of course results speak for themselves, when you get great results – you know, we’re talking about Rebel – a lot of people see that and they see the quality of the work,” Castano told Yahoo! Lifestyle.

The personal trainer’s most important tips included focusing on nutrition, working out five days a week, balancing “supplements and multivitamins” and “recovering well, this includes stretching, sleeping well, making sure you are not stressed, etc.”
When it comes to exercise, he told the outlet that he worked on heavy lifting with Wilson, as well as high-intensity training.
Wilson has also been aware of her diet during her journey to weight loss. According to People magazine, in 2019 she took a trip to Austria where she fell in love with the diet of the method of method.

The most important points of the diet are to stop snacking, put more emphasis on breakfast instead of food, reduce dairy and gluten intake, prevent eating disorders such as scrolling on social media, and chew each bite of food 40 times, according to Journal of Prevention.
