Jeremiah Shane Farmer Entering the legal documents obtained by TMZ, he claimed that he had missed the attacking inmate and that he had jumped Kelly into his prison cell.
In DX, the farmer claims Kelly “the government attacked me” Kelly – although he doesn’t understand why – and says the government pulled him out in the hope of shedding light on corruption. For what “corruption” is … he thinks it was tainted by the justice system.

The farmer’s entry is part of the legal documents filed in the Federal Court of Appeals. Records show he is representing himself and has been kept as Kelly in the MCC.

As we have reported … our federal sources and Kelly’s lawyers said the prisoner was attacking because he was angry that the MCC had been put on lockdown a few times, mostly because of protesters outside the jelly.
The farmer also included in his filing a report from the Bureau Pr F prison incident, which says the alleged attack took place around Aug. 45: AM: 45. The farmer died repeatedly in Kelly’s head and torso, pepper spray was used with the prison staff, the report said. To end the alleged attack.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Indiana says Farmer is a member of the Latin Kings gang, and was convicted last year by a jury of hitting two men with a hammer as part of a ratings conspiracy.
