Officials in charge of managing the British royal family’s Twitter account made a royal mistake on Thursday.
Twitter users were happy to learn of the false notification of the tweet from Queen Elizabeth’s Twitter account.
The tweet was live for just six minutes before it was taken down, but the Gert’s Royals blog managed to get a screenshot capture of that fantastic post in a short time for millions of its followers to see.
The tweet was short and simple, according to the screenshot. He read, “Thank you.”

According to the blog, the tweet has received more than 1,200 likes and 600 retweets in a short period of time.
One fan felt grateful for the update as they initially left a surprise that they thanked Earthworms on Twitter for Queen Elizabeth.
“I saw it and went to the site to see what it meant. Then it went away. Glitch happens everywhere,” one user tweeted.
Responding to another accidental tweet with a joke, the ruler of the year wrote to the king, “Welcome Liz, and I have a receipt if you want to change the baby exactly.”

“Well that’s the time when I got a little recognition!” The third person cracked.
“No, thank you @RoyalFamily,” wrote another.
Another said they were “concerned” for the person behind the mistake. “Did they get dizzy, answer the door … or worse,” the Twitter user joked.
