The highly rumored PS5 Restock Drop for Target for the main disc version was live between 5:30 – 6:15 AM ET, but is now sold out. It was quickly followed by digital edition stocks, which survived between 6: 25-6: 40 AM ET, but lasted significantly less.
It shows that the target was more PS5 stock of the main, popular console, focusing less on the PS5 digital version.
However, if you miss this latest PS5 stock announcement, you may still be in luck this week. The Sony website often has a queue on weekdays, so if you’re after a Sony Direct PS5 restock, then you might be lucky during these weekdays.
While PS5 stock is scarce and severely limited, here’s another to check when it will land:
Target PS5 was instructed to arrive at the restoration shipment, and according to video game site Spill Times, the period was December 27-29, with Target PS5 again citing ‘someone’s high position’ as a source of stock information. This means that the window has been shortened tomorrow.
The stock was heading to stores earlier in the week, and that drop is now over, albeit very late.
It seems that the source of the spill times is accurate and the details in the report are strong: specific regions are more likely to meet than others, and that is what we are seeing right now.
When the PS5 restocks appear …
The only good news is that retailers offer stock in gloves to prevent their sites from breaking down under heavy load at some point – it could also explain why the target drops early.
Spill Times suggests that the main time the PS5 lands on the stock is 3 am-7am (which seems to be true), and that’s something we’ve experienced in the past.

The PS5 stock drop will only be an in-store pickup that does not have a walk-in order (thankfully, to avoid covid-tempting stamps on PS5 console news) – so you can place an order online and get them at a specific location in the store. Time.
The main thing with these PS5 restock drops is to make the checkout process as easy as possible – you’ll be able to add to cart often, but clicking every second and after that really reduces your chances of getting one dramatically.
