Wondering where to buy the PS5? Great, good news. The very favorite PS5 console is back in stock at the Sony Direct Store. You’ll need a little luck and a lightning fast reflex to pull the console. But it also helps to know what to expect.
First, after clicking on the Sony Direct Store, you will be automatically taken to the online queue before you get the console. The wait time will change, but if it says you have a “wait of more than an hour”, don’t despair. The situation may change quickly and the wait may be shorter than you expected. For example, after waiting 20 minutes yesterday, our time was reduced from “more than an hour” to just 15 minutes.

It’s worth noting that just because you’ve got a spot in the queue doesn’t guarantee you’ll have a chance to buy it. Sony explicitly states that “the PS5 console is limited and not guaranteed even if you’re in the queue.” Once you make it to the front of the queue, you’ll hear a noise (make sure your voice is on) and you’ll be redirected to the PlayStation Store. You will then have 10 minutes to proceed with your purchase. You will also need your PSN account or create an account.
