Cyberpunk 2077 has faced plenty of controversy since its release, including a refund for players due to technical issues with the CD project Red on the current general console.

The Cyberpunk 2077 refund controversy began with heavy criticism of the game’s performance on the current public console. In response, CD Project Red put out a letter apologizing for these issues and offering refunds to players on the game.

Following the release of the letter, Cyberpunk 2077 was removed from the PlayStation Store, and refunds were offered for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X players.

You first go to this link on the PlayStation website.

After that, sign in to your PSN account, where you can start the refund process.

Unfortunately the process from here is a wait as you have to approve your refund request based on a lot of variables like payment method.

Some players have reported a largely long wait for this process, so it’s important to start as soon as possible.

Cyberpunk 2077 took off from the PlayStation Store

The game was completely removed from the PlayStation Store after players ran into issues getting their Cyberpunk 2077 refunds on the PS4 and PS5 due to PlayStation Store standards and refund procedures.
