Producers Of ‘The Apprentice’ To Help With Republican Convention – Deadline

It seems that Donald Trump really believes in his past as a host of the TV show. Two producers of The Apprentice are involved in the planning of the Republican National Convention which is set to begin on August 24 and continue through August 27.

According to the New York Times, Sadoux Kim, who worked on The Apprentice and was once a judge on the Miss Universe pageant, has assumed the position of lead consultant on RNC production, while former NBC ex Chuck LaBella, who produced The comedy Central Roast by Donald Trump is also set to work on the event that will be something of a hybrid affair. It’s no surprise that the few who worked at the RNC both worked on projects that help strengthen Trump’s market.

Trump is set to speak every four days of the convention. The RNC will be a family affair, as Melania, Ivanka, Eric and Tiffany are speaking. In addition to the wife and descendant of President Mike Pence, 45, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley, Governor of South Dakota Christ Noem, First Senator Joni Ernst and Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina to speak.

Trump and Pence will appear in person Monday at the Charlotte, North Carolina convention site on Monday, while the rest of the convention will be held off site. Trump will give brief remarks after he is nominated, but his formal acceptance speech is expected to be from the White House on Thursday. The central location file will be the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium in Washington, DC
