Princess Beatrice marries Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi in Windsor

Princess Beatriz is a married woman.

Prince Andrew’s daughter married Italian property developer Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi on Friday morning in a private ceremony in Windsor, after the couple canceled their May nuptials amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The small-scale wedding, which was not announced in advance, was held in the Royal Chapel of All Saints at Royal Lodge and was attended by the Queen and Prince Philip, as well as close relatives, BBC News reported.

The ceremony was held in accordance with established government guidelines for the coronavirus.

Beatrice’s wedding is believed to be the first time that Prince Andrew and the Queen and Prince have met since the arrest of their friend Ghislaine Maxwell earlier this month, The Telegraph reported.

The Duke of York’s website was quietly removed from the Internet amid the sexual abuse scandal.

Andrew’s alleged ties to Maxwell and dead pedophile Jeffrey Epstein caused him to skip his daughter’s star-studded engagement party in December.

Beatrice, 31, and Mozzi, 37, the son of French Count Alessandro “Alex” Mapelli-Mozzi, got engaged during a trip to the Italian island of Capri last September.
