According to Noozhawk sources, the couple bought a 14,500-square-foot, nine-bedroom house in June.
The couple fled the bright lights of Kensington Palace in January, stepping away from their role as “senior” members of the royal family.
Vogue also wrote that “the quiet privacy of Santa Barbara was undoubtedly a driving force for the couple.”
The couple has been involved in several lawsuits against British tabloids.
They also filed a lawsuit earlier this year against photographers who allegedly used a drone to take photos of their son, Archie, in their temporary home in Los Angeles.
The famous couple joins many other famous people living in Montecito, including Oprah Winfrey, Ellen DeGeneres and Julia Louis-Dreyfuss.
