Prince George knows he is “very different” from the brothers, “singled out” to spend time with the Queen: expert

Even at 7 years old, Prince George knows that his life is very different from that of his brothers.

George is one of the kings of England after his grandfather Prince Charles and his father Prince William followed Queen Elizabeth II.

Royal expert Katie Nicholl recently spoke with OK from the UK. Magazine to talk about the real young man, who is the older brother of Charlotte, 5, and Louis, 2.

The idea of one day becoming a monarch “comes to him gradually,” Nicholl explained.

Despite the remarkably unique situation of the young royal, Nicholl said that “the true enormity of what his life will one day be is not something he is fully aware of yet.”

“I think George understands, as William did from a very young age, that he is different from his younger brother and sister and that he will have a different future,” she said. “After all, they take him away to do photo shoots with Her Majesty the Queen, so you should note that he has been singled out.”

Nicholl re-emphasized that William and Middleton, 38, treat children equally, claiming the opposite was true for William and his younger brother, Prince Harry.

He claimed that as a boy, William was struggling to accept that “he had no choice in what path his life would take,” so he is doing his best to avoid putting a similar stressor on George.

George is often seen in portraits with the Queen, Charles, and William, such as those published late last year, which show the young Prince making Christmas pudding with his royal predecessors.
