Amazon Prime Day 2020 Officially launched in just a few days. Unofficially, though? The long-awaited sale event is happening right now, as Amazon has been looking for early deals ever since. Last week. A two-day shopping event, which is essentially a version of Amazon Black friday, 13 Oct October at midnight P.T. Kicks in and lasts until October 14th. I have to say that while some solid deals are in the queue, some products (including the Amazon Product Arena) are marked for their lowest prices ever. A few notable highlights:
- Echo Show 8: $ 65 (Save 65)

- Ero Mash Wi-Fi System: 4 174 (save 75)
- Kindle Paper White: $ 80 (save 50)
Below you will find the best discounts available right now – and there are some good colors – as designed really by you. Here’s an important caveat: To take advantage of this, and for the most part, make Prime Day deals, you must be a customer of Amazon Prime.
Assuming you already have a Prime membership, you should think seriously about applying for an Amazon Prime Reward Visa Card. The all-around great MyQ (I’ve used one for years) is only a few dollars less than its regular selling price – already a big deal, as this item is over $ 100. It only covers the cost of MyQ.

Amazon Prime subscribers already get a decent deal on the music-streaming service: $ 8 per month, which is less than 2 from Spotify, Apple Pull Music and the like.

At this price, the Blink Mini is within range of the CNET-Favorite Wise Cam (plus 20 plus carry). Both models work fairly well, although the latter includes free cloud storage, which does not blink.

Toshiba
This seems to be the 2020 version of the Toshiba Fire TV version, which was reviewed by David Katzmeyer last year. It’s hard to say exactly what is here, but the next verdict was “great prices, great sound features, great Fire TV app selection.” The picture quality, however, was not measured on the same Roku TVs – and Katzmeyer took note of their choice for the next interface, which I share.
That said, the 55-inch Toshiba Smart TV in the 55 300? Mostly with stellar user ratings (from Best Buy customers)? At the very least it is worth a look.

As mentioned above, you can get Echo Show 5 bundle with Blink Mini Indoor Camera in 5D for only. I don’t think the 10% cash-back option applies, but it’s still a bundle of stars.

Amazon wants to put Alexa in your car. Is that 50 worth? No, it’s worth 20? Maybe. Echo Auto Toe reviews have been fairly mixed, partly because the price seems too high and partly because you can accomplish a lot in the same voice-powered things with your phone’s Google Assistant or Siri. (I can’t say I’m wild about the wire.)
That said, if you’re keen to try this, I think this is the lowest price on record (by many).

Another “lowest price” deal, the Insinia is the current pay generation 4K UHD TV (it was released this year) built around Amazon’s Fire TV interface. That means you’ll find all compatible apps and streaming services, plus an Alexa-powered voicemail remote. There are also three HDMI inputs, better to include your game console and what not.
