President Donald Trump is back on the links today at his Trump National Golf Course in Sterling, VA.
His golf partner on the day is Senator Lindsey Graham, according to the White House Press Group report, who is evidently having less fun than President Trump. The pool report notes that the assigned press is “holding up the sunny and suffocating sidewalk in front of the Italian restaurant in the nearby mall.”
Before heading out to golf, the Tweet Commander had two messages for his constituents. The President was encouraged by a capital vote to “Let’s make America great again!”
He then explained his thoughts on the situation in Portland, Oregon, where street protests have taken place for more than 50 days in a row. The president has deployed federal agents to protect property there, much to the chagrin of local politicians.
“We are trying to help Portland, not hurt him. His leadership, for months, has lost control of the anarchists and agitators. They are missing action. “
The President noted: “These were not simply protesters, these are the real deal!”
