After the brilliant victory in Austria, Miguel Oliveira did not go beyond the eleventh place in the San Marino Grand Prix, the seventh stage of the MotoGP World Championship.

The Portuguese from Tech3 / KTM did not start well, losing three places to 15th. He still recovered, but finished outside the ‘top 10’.

The victory went to Italian Franco Morbidelli (Yamaha), followed by Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati) and Joan Mir (Suzuki), who on the last lap beat the experienced Valentino Rossi for a podium position.

Also the Italian Andrea Dovizioso (Ducati) is the new leader of the World Championship, dethroning Fabio Quartararo, victim of an accident in the race. Miguel Oliveira dropped one position, now remaining tenth, with 48 points, 28 less than Dovizioso.
