The 24-year-old Serbian midfielder arrives at the national champion club on loan from Liverpool for a season, and joins the Blue and White squad to fill the vacancy left by Danilo Pereira, who moved to PSG.
In the last two seasons, Grujic, a Serbian international, has played for Hertha Berlin on loan from the “reds”.
Grujic was born in Belgrade and graduated from the Red Star. At 19, he left the Balkan capital for Liverpool and has been on loan from Cardiff City, Wales and Hertha ever since. In two seasons in Germany, the powerful 1.91 meter average has participated in 51 Bundesliga games and scored nine goals.
At FC Porto, the 2015 U-20 world champion will wear jersey number 16.
