The Government decree that regulates the new state of emergency due to the covid-19 pandemic, in force between 12:00 am on Friday and 11:59 pm on January 30, determines the closure of commercial spaces and establishments.

As in the general closure in March and April 2020, but now with the exception of events related to the electoral campaign for the election of the President of the Republic, the spaces and establishments that must close are the following:

Recreational, leisure and fun activities

– Discos, bars and dance halls or parties;

– Circuses;

– Amusement parks and recreational parks and the like for children;

– Water parks and zoos, without prejudice to the access of workers to care for the animals;

– Any place for the practice of leisure sports, as well as similar facilities.

Artistic and cultural activities

– Auditorium, except in the context of electoral campaign acts within the scope of the election of the President of the Republic;

– Cinemas, theaters and concert halls;

– Museums, monuments, palaces and archaeological or similar sites (such as: interpretive centers and caves), national, regional and municipal, public or private, without prejudice to the access of workers for conservation and security purposes;

– Libraries and archives;

– Squares, plazas and bullfighting facilities;

– Art galleries and exhibition halls;

– Conference Rooms, Multiple Use Rooms, Conference Rooms and Multiple Use Pavilions, except in the context of electoral campaign events within the scope of the election of the President of the Republic.

Educational and training activities

– Leisure time occupation activities;

– Language schools, tutoring centers and driving schools, without prejudice to tests and exams.

Sport activities

– In all closed sports facilities, the exception applies to high performance athletes and school sports activities;

– Football, rugby and similar fields;

– Pavilions or closed spaces;

– Indoor football, basketball, handball, volleyball, roller hockey and similar pavilions;

– Closed shooting ranges;

Courts closed tennis, paddle tennis and similar;

– Skating rinks, ice hockey and the like;

– Swimming pools;

– Ring of boxing, martial arts and the like;

– Permanent circuits of motorcycles, automobiles and the like;

– Closed velodromes;

– Racetracks and similar tracks closed;

– Sports pavilions;

– Gyms and gyms;

– Athletics tracks closed;

– Stadiums.

Activities in open spaces, public spaces and roads, or private spaces and roads comparable to public roads.

– Cycling, motorcycling, motor racing and similar closed routes, except those intended for the activity of high-performance athletes;

– Nautical events and exhibitions;

– Aeronautical tests and exhibitions;

– Parades and popular festivals or folkloric or other manifestations of any kind.

Gambling and betting spaces

– Casinos;

– Gambling establishments, such as bingo or similar;

– Games and recreational rooms.

Catering activities

– Restaurants and similar, cafeterias, tea houses and the like, except for home delivery, directly or through an intermediary, as well as for the supply of food or packaged products outside the establishment or to carry out;

– Bars and the like;

– Hotel bars and restaurants, except for delivery to rooms (room Service) or to provide packaged meals or products on the doorstep of hotels (to carry out);

– Terraces.

Spa and spas or similar establishments

– There is no exception that allows the operation of these spaces.
