According to the Government, “in the case of shows and festivals initially scheduled for 2020, and that occur only in 2022, it is expected that consumers can request a refund of the ticket price, within 14 business days from the expected date date for the event to take place in 2021. “

If the consumer does not request the return, “it is considered that he accepts the rescheduling of the show for the year 2022”. The same applies “to vouchers issued valid until the end of 2021, which become valid until the end of 2022.”
