Sporting CP – Futebol, SAD took note of the decision of the President of the South Central Administrative Court on the request for the application of a precautionary measure of his player João Palhinha, considering it well founded and suspending the effectiveness of the decision that applied it to a suspension of the game.
Sporting CP – Futebol, SAD recalls that the player had appealed to the Plenary of the Disciplinary Board of the sanction that had been applied to him in a summary process, and the Disciplinary Board notified the decision of this appeal last Friday, at 23: 16 hours. And he also recalls that in this appeal the referee had admitted, in black and white, that the player had been improperly sanctioned with a yellow card.
The appeal requesting precautionary measure from the player João Palhinha was filed in the courts hours later, in the early hours of Saturday at 5:46 am.
The president of the South Central Administrative Court notified the player of his favorable decision shortly before 4 pm on Monday, five and a half hours before the start of the game.
