Marc Roca leaves the Spanish and heads to the European champion.
Spanish midfielder Marc Roca, 23, Spanish, has been signed by Bayern Munich, the German club, European soccer champion announced on Sunday.
Marc Roca, who has been with Espanyol since the age of 11, made his debut in the main team of the Catalan national team in August 2016, with coach Quique Flores, who has played for Benfica.
Wearing the Spanish shirt, Marc Roca, who was crowned European Under-21 champion by the Spanish team, played 121 games and scored three goals.
In a message posted on his website, the Spaniard thanked the player for his dedication and commitment and wishes him “the greatest successes in the new professional stage.”
Marc Roca assured, however, that the new challenge is “a dream come true” and places Bayern Munich “as the best team in the world”.
