HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – Seminole police are searching for three people they call people of interest in a shooting that took place Thursday morning in the Winner’s Way parking lot at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood.
According to authorities, Pierre Jules LaCroze, 37, from North Lauderdale, was fatally shot just before 12:30 am on the sixth floor of the parking lot.
A motive for the shooting has not been disclosed, however, police said they are looking for two men and a woman, who are considered people of concern.
The surveillance video released on Friday shows the trio walking off an escalator together, and another video shows them walking together in the casino.
One of the men removes the mask at one point to drink from a cup.
Police said the group exited the casino’s garage in a four-door gray sedan with missing hubcaps on the right side and the left brake light having gone out.
The FBI is assisting Seminole Police detectives in the investigation.
Anyone with more information about the shooting should call the Seminole Police at 954-967-8900. Anonymous suggestions can be made by calling Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477.
