Pokemon Go Fest Weekly Friendship Challenge Guide

The end Pokemon go The festival’s weekly challenge runs from July 17 to 22 and focuses on friendship.

During the event, Pikachu wearing sunglasses and the sun hat will reappear, along with an increase in spawns for Oddish, Bellsprout, Slowpoke, Krabby, Tangela, Wingull, Castform and Hippopotas. Petilil will also begin spawning for the first time.

The Bellsprout Evolution Line will also launch as Shiny, so keep an eye out for a golden Bellsprout.

Just like the previous weeks, if a million players from each team complete today’s Sight Investigation, more Pokemon will spawn during Go Fest. Valor players will unlock Litwick, Mystic players will unlock Dratini, and Instinct players will unlock Togetic.

• Play with your friend (1 Pinap Berry)

Rewards: 100 XP, 100 Stardust, and 10 Poké Balls

Step 2 of 3

• Send 5 gifts to friends (10 Pinap Berries)
• Win 5 hearts with your friend (10 Razz berries)
• Win a candy by walking with your friend (1 rare candy)

Rewards: 300 XP, encounter with Alolan Raichu, 300 Stardust

Step 3 of 3

• Take a photo of your friend (10 pineapple berries)
• Send 10 gifts to friends (500 Stardust)
• Win 10 hearts with your friend (20 Razz berries)

Rewards: 1 rare candy, Petilil encounter, 1 lucky egg

Elite Challenge

• Use 30 berries to catch Pokémon (5 Nanab berries)
• Send 30 gifts to friends (5 Razz berries)
• Win 30 hearts with your friend (5 pineapple berries)

Rewards: 500 XP, 500 Stardust, 5 Razz Berries
