Pirlo wants Zaniolo and Tonali on Juventus -Juvefc.com

Andrea Pirlo’s arrival at Juventus will signal a change in transfer policy with two immediate goalscorers Sandro Tonali and Nicolo Zaniolo.

The 41-year-old was appointed as the new Juventus coach yesterday, signaling a dramatic change in club policy and seeing an end to Maurizio Sarri’s short term at the club.

Gazzetta dello Sport reports that along with a clear out there will be a new focus on youth players, with Zaniolo and Tonali setting the principal goals for the new coach.

Tuttosport reports on similar lines, suggesting there will be no crazy spending space, rather Juve will look to younger players, and avoid manly transfer costs.

With that in mind, the Turin-based daily reports that Jorginho’s long-term goal is no longer needed, the focus instead on Tonali, an alternative, however, could be Sassuolo midfielder Manuel Locatelli.
