A Philadelphia police officer was intoxicated while driving, ran into a house, pinned a woman under his car and was seriously injured, police said.

G. Fischer Gregory Campbell, 27, was driving in Northeast Philadelphia at 8:20 a.m. Saturday and lost control when his car was driven into a building on the 2800 block of Comply Road, Philadelphia Police Commissioner Daniel Outlaw said. Said.

Campbell, assigned to the department’s 14th District, struck a 53-year-old woman as well as a 45-year-old man and his two dogs, Outlaw Lay said. The woman was knocked down by a car and knocked unconscious before being taken to Jefferson Torsdale Hospital, where she was listed in critical condition.
