Pharrell Williams and Jay-Z flex their entrepreneurial spirit.
On the stanza of midnight, the hip-hop stars dropped the music video for the inspiring “Entrepreneur”, combined with a Time magazine cover package on “The New American Revolution.”

The veteran artist and producer also praised Grammy-winning director Calmatic for “making such a beautiful video.”
The video is loaded with information and case studies, all of which reinforce the underlying message: the game is rigged against so many men and women of color, but the game is winning.
Speaking ahead of the release, Pharrell explained the inspiration behind the track, and the challenges of an entrepreneur in the US “Especially as one of color there are many systemic disadvantages and deliberate blockages,” he said. “How can you start a fire, or even a member’s hope to start a fire, if you start with disadvantages regarding health care, education and representation?”
