PewDiePie defends his YouTube crown against Dr. Disrespect
To end his first full week on YouTube, Dr. Disrespect challenged PewDiePie to a showdown in Fall Guys. Together, the two stars brought in more than 340,000 viewers, who voted to see how they spent it generously during the battle.
While Doc got off to a rocky start in her best of five games, the streamer became neck and neck with the Swedish creator. However, his attempt to seduce Pewds by attacking him was unsuccessful, which resulted in him being eliminated.
The Two-Time jumped hilariously and cried after his aggressive move was not the way he intended. “No! No! Noooo!” he shouted. PewDiePie jokingly asked “What happened?” after he won the round.
When he was at the halfway point, Doc turned his fans into an epic locker room. “How do we lose, Champions Club? Huh? To this man who is all the way in Sweden who drives a Volvo and takes him seven hours to go to the liquor store?”
Pewds eventually came out victorious, beating the 38-year-old 5-3 in the final round. To punish the popular streamer, the Swede made him his most disliked on his channel.
In 2016, Kjellberg went viral when he asked his fans to urge him to a million non-likes. After watching the video, Dr. Disrespect joked, “I’m so glad we’re at YouTube!” Laughing, the YouTuber replied, “Sure? This is for you! If you need tips, I’ve got you.”
Despite the win, PewDiePie congratulated his friend on his return to streaming and said he was ‘excited’ for it on YouTube. Dr Disrespect then suggested that they do an IRL stream together in the future, with which the 30-year-old agreed.
The two gaming giants put on an entertaining show that brought both their massive audiences together. The stream even saw the Two-Time learn about the Floor Gang meme. Whenever the staff decides to work together again, it is definitely a must-watch event.
