Pete Prisco’s NFL Week 10 picks: Justin Herbert Tua Tagovaloa, will beat Bill and the Cardinals in a wild shootout

It’s really hard to find the good in the worst.

This week I am with my picks. I finally rotted. My opponent spread record was a paltry 4-10, which left me at 68-63-1 for the season. It was no better to straighten up.

The good news is that I don’t have a losing week with my best bets on the Pick Six podcast, thanks to the New York Jets 3-3 on Monday night. I never broke the rule of not taking jets, and paid for it. That brings the season record with my best bets to 35-18-1.

Look, there’s something good to be found in a toilet full of crappy picks from the 9th week. Now let’s turn it into week 10.

The Colts did little on offense last week against the Ravens, but the Titans defense isn’t that good. They make no rush to the passer-by, which is why the Philip Rivers will be able to succeed in throwing him away. Tennessee’s offense is about running Derrick Henry, but the Colts are good against a defense run. The Colts will come here and take first place in the division with a victory.

Pick: Colts 23, Titans 20

This section is for first place. It’s hard to believe. The Giants almost beat the Eagles in Philly a few weeks ago, but the Eagles’ team is much healthier. That’s important. Watch the Eagles to win a tough, physical game.

Pick: Eagles 23, Giants 16

Jack Luton will make his second start for the Jaguars since playing well against Houston last week. But this is his first road game and there is a tape on it now. Aaron Rogers has been lighting up the defense and the Jaguars are big time issues in defense. Rogers will have a big day, when Luton will not come close to maintenance.

Pick: Packers 39, Jaguars 17

Washington football team at the Detroit Lions

Alex Smith will start moving to Washington after doing some good things last week. However he threw three picks. But he felt comfortable. The Lions have slowed down over the past few weeks and Matt Patricia is in trouble. Still, I think they win here, but it’s close.

Pick: Lions 21, Washington 20

The Browns are closing the bye, but Baker Mayfield is coming out of the COVID-19 quarantine. What is his condition? If that were the case, it wouldn’t make a big difference. The Browns will hit the football and take shots. The Texans are not good at defense, and they are playing another straight road game. The Browns take it.

Pick: Browns 28, Texans 21

Latest hurdles:

Buccaneers-4.5

Books are having a terrific performance on Sunday night. Who was that team? Carolina have lost three straight, but they did well in Kansas City last week. This will be different. I think the Bucks will be excited with the big day bouncing back Tom Bou Bou D with re. Tampa Bay also does defense. Bucs take it.

Pick: Books 28, Panthers 20

Latest hurdles:

Dolphins-2.5

This is a long journey for the Chargers team who have suffered a very heartbreaking loss. The last time they beat another Los Angeles team was when Miami was at home two weeks ago. This will be different. I think Justin Herbert wins a passing duel with fellow first-round recruit Tua Tagoviloa. The Chargers will win a tight one.

Pick: Chargers 23, Dolphins 21

The Broncos are playing another straight road game after losing in Atlanta last Sunday. The Raiders have won two straight and are back on track after a short break. Some steps have been taken in defense. Between the drug lock and Derek Carr, this could be a big time shootout, as well as the car getting better at it.

Pick: Riders 34, Broncos 31

Latest hurdles:

Cardinals-2

It will be fun to watch Josh Allen vs. Killer Murray. Both can score offenses and both have defense problems. Look at the many points in this, Alan winning the high scoring game for Buffalo even with a long trip.

Pick: Bill 34, Cardinals 33

The Saints have emerged as the best team in the NFC, while ers the people are the shell of the team seen in the Super Bowl in goal years. These teams have played some good games in recent years, but this will not be one of them. Look for the saints to have an easy time. The city of blows.

Pick: Saints 31, 49ers 20

Rams By is coming from above, while the Seahawks play another straight road game. It’s a challenge, but even more so because the Seattle defense is so bad. This will be a game where Jared Goff and the Rams aggressively get back on track and the Rams do enough to slow down Russell Wilson.

Pick: Rams 31, Seahawks 26

The Bengals are coming out of the bay, while the Steelers are at home for the first time in a month. The concern for the Steelers is whether Ben Rothlisberger will play after being included in the COVID-19 list. If he doesn’t, it will be Mason Rudolph. No matter who it is, the Steelers defense will make a difference. See the suffocating performance in front of the Bur Bur

Pick: Steelers 30, Bengal 19

The Patriots found a way to rally against the Jets, but it was not a good night for defense. This will be worse. Watch Lamar Jackson and the running game for the big game against the New England defense. Why can’t Newton continue?

Pick: Ravens 27, Patriots 17

Latest hurdles:

Vikings-2.5

The Vikings have life after a sudden two wins, while the Bears rest a little. Dalvin Cook has been a sensation this season and especially in the last two weeks. But Chicago is solid against the run. It doesn’t matter here. Nick Falls has been normal, but he should try to do enough plays to pull off a home win.

Pick: Bear 26, Vikings 23
