Persona 5 Scramble is still planned for the West, according to the Koei Tecmo report

Although we haven’t seen a Main Person game released on the Nintendo Switch yet, one entry from this series that has been made available (at least in Japan) is the spin-off, Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers.

We have received updates from Koei Tecmo on a regular basis about a possible release in the west and the latest reminder has appeared in the company’s recently released financial statements for the first quarter of its fiscal year ending March 2021 (this combines April, May and June 2020).

As Persona Central explained, a presentation slide on “packaged games” says Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers is still planned for a “West” release for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.

This follows from an update in April, when he said something similar, and a month before this, Atlus asked fans in a poll if they would like P5S to be localized. The signs are certainly there: we just need an official announcement and a release date now.
