These may be the two best teams in the National League, but the seeding is such that they are participating in each before the LCS round. During the regular season, the Dodgers finished an MLB-best 43-17 with an MLB-Best Plus-136 run differential. Pedres, meanwhile, with a run differential of plus-84, stood at -2 37-33 for the NL’s second-ranked record, second only to all the odds across the base. The Dodgers have won 10 to 6 head-to-head games against San Diego this season.
Pedres has yet to fully support his NLDS rotation, but word came on Tuesday that right-hander Mike Clevinger would be allowed to play Game 1. S Danielson Lamemet has been left out of the NLDS roster due to bipartisan tightness, so it will be interesting. From there to see how things vibrate. We know he’s a cleavager in Game 1, though. With Dudgers Counter Buhler, who combined elite objects with the upper class during his youthful career.
Forecast
Given Buhler’s excellence due to injury conditions and the uncertainty surrounding Pedres’ pitching staff as a whole, we’ll beat the Dodgers in Game 1. Mocky Bates will exit with his dodger NLDS entry with a homer and a double.
