For a limited time, ZDNet Academy offers a Sam’s Club Membership for 1 year for $ 40 with promotional code CLUBFIVE. Then you will receive a pair of Sam’s Club gift cards with a combined value of $ 45. Not only does that make your membership free, it puts an additional $ 5 in your pocket.
Here are the details: About 10 days after activating your membership, you will receive a $ 25 electronic gift card to use at Sam’s Club. (As always, there may be some restrictions on how you can use that card. Alcohol is generally prohibited, for example.)
In the meantime, after spending at least $ 20 on SamsClub.com, you will receive a $ 20 gift card. It takes about three weeks to arrive.
