Paris Hilton‘s opening about a traumatic chapter of her life before her star of ‘Simple Life’ … in an upcoming documentary that’s pretty shocking.
The famous heiress describes how her rebellious childhood with her family at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in NYC resulted in her parents sending her to various boarding schools … the last of which was Uvo’s Provo Canyon School.
Paris stayed there 11 months before he turned 18, but says it was less of a school and more of an obedience boot camp, where it “kept writing all day in my face, writing to me, persistent torture.”
She claims that the abuse was verbal, mental and emotional – claims that the staff would say horrible things to her, try to hurt her and harass her – but also claims that there was physical abuse … the children beat and strange.
Paris says students could spend a maximum of 20 hours a day in solitary confinement, and that they often had panic attacks and cried every day because of the fear and misery. She says … “I felt like a prisoner and I hate life.”
Three of her classmates also appear in the upcoming documentary, “This is Paris,” adding more allegations of abuse … including medication by force.
Paris was released from boarding school when she turned 18 in 1999, and says she just wanted to put it so badly behind her that she never really talked about it … even with her parents.
She says she was ashamed of the time there and adds … “I have buried my truth for so long.”
The documentary aired September 14 on YouTube.
