Orlando Bloom mourns the loss of his dog Mighty after a seven-day search.
On Wednesday, 43-year-old Bloom confirmed that his dog died.
The actor got a tattoo on his chest that said “Mighty” along with a heart and a sword ace.

“Mighty is on the other side now. After 7 days of searching from sunrise to sunset and into the wee hours of the morning, today, the seventh day ~ the completion number ~ we found her necklace … I have cried more this week than I thought possible, which It has been very cathartic and healing, “he wrote.
Bloom also revealed the lengths to which he went searching for his dog along with the help of Dog Days Search & Rescue, friends and family.
“I didn’t leave a stone unturned, I crawled through all the men’s holes, under the roads, I searched every backyard and stream bed. He had two separate sniffer dogs that also gave their best, “he said.

Bloom continued: “I am so grateful to have learned from my powerful little man that love is eternal and the true meaning of devotion. I’m sure he was belittling me by whistling in every backyard and knowing he was doing everything possible to respect our bond. “
“He was more than a partner. It was a soul connection for sure. Sorry. i love you Thank you. RIP my MIGHTY HEART, my little partner A ♠ ️, ” the actor concluded.
Bloom’s fiancé Katy Perry commented, “I love you.” She also shared her post and wrote, “We will greatly miss our little friend, Nugget’s brother. Forever a leg-shaped hole in our hearts.”

A few days after Bloom announced his partner was missing, he posted a photo slideshow with Mighty, whom he adopted in 2017.
“I don’t remember a time in my life when I was so open,” he wrote.
